 On January 18th, Fujian Zhaoyuan Optoelectronics and Fujian Zhongke Xinyuan Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhongke Xinyuan Optoelectronics") signed a strategic cooperation agreement in the Institute of Material Structure of Chinese Academy of Sciences.
In accordance with the agreement, one million yuan photoelectric and the core source will be strategic cooperation in the field of fluorescent ceramic piece, joint research ceramic fluorescence technique and the suitable LED epitaxial wafer and chip, complete different fluorescent color temperature and the thickness of the ceramic design, epitaxial growth, such as chip bonding technology, realization of ceramic fluorescent inorganic encapsulation application and industrialization of propulsion, strengthen personnel training and platform construction.
Information shows that trillion yuan photoelectric was established in 2011, the main business includes LED epitaxial chip and LED chip. The company's LED industrial base construction project is a key project in Fujian Province and Fuzhou City, with a total investment of 3.177 billion yuan, divided into two phases.
The first phase of the project has a total investment of 1 billion yuan, and a production line of 100,000 chips per month has been built.
